Easy Baked Garlic Soup

Ingredients

- 2 cups diced fresh tomatoes
- 1 can garbanzo beans, undrained
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 1/2 cups dry wine
- 5 cloves fresh garlic, peeled,minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 1/4 cups grated monterey jack cheese
- 1 cup grated romano cheese
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 butter a 3 qt.
- 3 baking dish.
- 4 combine all ingredients except cheese and cream.
- 5 cover casserole and bake for 1 hours.
- 6 stir in cheese and cream, lower heat to 325 and bake for 15 minutes more.
- 7 do not let this soup boil.
