Mandarin Topped Lamb Loin

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 -8 lamb tenderloin
  • 1 -2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup couscous
  • green beans

Recipe

  • 1 in a skillet, brown lamb loins on both sides in oil over medium heat (about 8-10 minutes per side).
  • 2 next, top with oranges and sprinkle liberally with cinnamon.
