- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 (15 ounce) can chili (no beans)
- onion (chopped) (optional)
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
Recipe
- 1 beat egg.
- 2 add milk to egg.
- 3 add the rest of the ingredients to the milk and egg mixture.
- 4 grease 8 x 8 baking pan.
- 5 bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
