Honeyed Fig And Blueberry Jam

Ingredients
- 1 cup honey
- 3 cups crushed figs
- 2 cups crushed blueberries
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 cups apple juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 3/4 ounces no sugar needed pectin
- 2 cinnamon sticks (optional)
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
- 1 vanilla bean, split (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix pectin and sugar together.
- 2 in a large pot add remaining ingredients with the pectin mixture.
- 3 bring to a full rolling boil. about 10 minutes.
