Honeyed Fig And Blueberry Jam

Total Time: 1 hr 30 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup honey
  • 3 cups crushed figs
  • 2 cups crushed blueberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 cups apple juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 3/4 ounces no sugar needed pectin
  • 2 cinnamon sticks (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger (optional)
  • 1 vanilla bean, split (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix pectin and sugar together.
  • 2 in a large pot add remaining ingredients with the pectin mixture.
