Ham & Cheese Loaf!

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb loaf frozen bread dough (i like rhodes)
  • 1/2 lb ham, cubed
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, cubed
  • cornmeal, for dusting

Recipe

  • 1 thaw the bread dough & let rise.
  • 2 stretch dough into a long rectangle (as long as a cookie sheet, about 1/2 as wide.).
  • 3 fill with ham & cheese (or chicken & black beans, or whatever sounds good!).
  • 4 close, pinching dough to secure the seam.
  • 5 sprinkle cornmeal generously along the bottom side.
  • 6 freeze in plastic wrap or bake at 325° until golden (about 25 minutes.)
  • 7 slice and enjoy!
