Ingredients
- 1 cup pimento stuffed olive, chopped
- 3/4 cup cilantro, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and allow to sit for at least an hour.
- 2 this doesn't have a long shelf life; eat within a day or so (it's not tough to do!).
