Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaf
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh tarragon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 rinse and drain the garbanzo beans.
- 2 combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender and puree until desired consistency.
- 3 to thin, add 1 tbsp water at a time.
