Easy Healthy Black Bean Dip

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces black beans, rinsed
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1 -2 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients, except salt and pepper, in a food processor or blender.
  • 2 salt and pepper to taste.
