Crock Pot Belly Burner Chili

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 (15 ounce) cans pinto beans or 2 (15 ounce) cans red beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in a skillet, brown ground beef, garlic and onion.
- 2 drain, and put in crock pot.
- 3 add beans, tomatoes, spices and cocoa powder.
- 4 cook in crock pot on low for 4-5 hours.
- 5 serve with cornbread if desired.
