Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soft silken tofu (4 oz.)
- 1/2 cup tightly packed fresh basil
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in food processor.
- 2 process 2 minutes, scraping down sides once or twice.
- 3 ready to use right away, but keeps well in fridge for up to 4 days.
- 4 after refrigerating you may want to thin it down with a little water.
