Ingredients
- 20 ounces garbanzo beans
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground pepper
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Recipe
- 1 drain beans thoroughly.
- 2 combine with other ingredients in blender; blend until creamy.
- 3 serve chilled, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
