Ingredients

- 5 lbs red potatoes
- 1 large red onion
- 3 tablespoons pickle juice
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle cubes
- 2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
Recipe
- 1 cut and boil potatoes.
- 2 let drain and cool some (for about 15 minutes).
- 3 pour on pickle juice and toss.
- 4 add the rest.
- 5 can be enjoyed hot or cold.
- 6 goes great with ribs and baked beans.
